Describe your preferences in music and art in your own wordsThis is a hard question I would say I like music that evoke some kind of emotion in you but that wouldn't be helpful, so I can think of two types of music that I like
1) the type that pumps me up & fill me with energy like

Describe your search for type - how it all started, what you usually got on tests - if you did tests, how people type you most often and your own thoughts about your type: whether you have doubt or you are confident about your typeWell I start out with MBTI where I type as INTP so when I first knew came to socionics I used dichotomies (I vs E, N vs S ... etc) so I typed as INTp (ILI) and I read the wikisocion profile and resonated mostly with its description of Ni especially the first paragraph:
Introverted intuition in ILIs is often characterized by well-developed imaginative abilities and mental wanderings. They can spend a great deal of time simply thinking and may appear to live 'in their heads'. This mental focus is demonstrated through reflection on scenarios, pondering bodies of information, etc. They can be prone to excessive daydreaming, creation of intricate inner worlds or universes, or considering the past or future. ILIs may even have novelistic tendencies with the ability to create intricate plots, characters and places. ILIs, however, are not necessarily inclined to share their imagination with others.
so I stayed as ILI for a while but while reading more about socionics I thought I don't resonate with gamma values and I think I value Ti > Te so I considered LII, which I used to doubt because I felt the LIIs I interacted with at the 16 types forum were more rigid/serious than me & even some LII profiles made them sounds as rigid but there were other profiles that I resonated to high degree like Gulenko's profile so I considered ILE because it is portrayed as less rigid but that didn't fit for many reasons like I think I am definitely introvert, ILEs sounds like the type that can improvise at the moment where I am least confident when put on the spot without having prepared, also Fi-polr didn't fit as I know if I like someone or not and had no problem with it but that being said I won't consider myself as good with relationships or maybe it's just I don't know many people who think similarly (I have always been seen different or weird to some degree at least) talking about relationship I would say one of the reasons that made me change from ILI to LII is that ILIs are described as not trusting & doubt people where I think I am more on the naive side though I do feel like I need to be more doubting especially since I work at a very political work environment but I guess I don't like holding on to negative emotions.
early last year (probably) I had an unrecorded interview with Jack where he typed me as LII after which I was very convinced that I am LII but recently I read Kimani's 16 elements definitions and I related to his definition of Ni(F) which is IEIs base function according to model L, I actually it describes me at my core everything in his definition is what I do by default
Ni(F); what I call "Aspiration". It is essentially fantasizing/reflecting over the narrative flow of some course of events, be they fictional or historical.
Also, someone else pointed out that my use of Fe seems better than that of LII so he were asking if I have considered SEI which doesn't make sense since I don't think I am that focused on or good at Si and my Se is really bad to be a 3d function but I remember an IEI best online friend from 16t forum telling me this (it was back when I thought I was ILI and it took me a lot of time to find it a while back when I was discussing my type with a friend):
I like how you are quicker at picking up on things and able to play back and forth. I get something of a feeling, but it is not a feeling as in emotion, that you are an intuitive first and foremost because the way you play does not appear to come from Fe or Ne tbh. You are less robotic than other ILI I have known but I wonder if that is because they could be Te heavy and the way they were raised. When I respond to you it is like you know the correct response to keep the interaction going in a specific way. You also know how to end things well. I could almost think of you as an identical.
I don't feel like you vibe in an alpha or delta way, at least not to me, so that leaves me with two quadra options.
